Dean Tong is a forensic trial consultant, forensic trial expert, and published author, with almost 30 years of experience in helping parents and attorneys in contested child custody and abuse cases in criminal, family, juvenile, administrative, and appellate courts, nationally. November 4, 2009, Dean Tong tendered and testified at an alleged criminal child sex jury trial in Alabama in the area of cognitive child development and proper v. improper forensic interviews of children allegedly molested, et al. Tong has now given expert testimony in criminal cases from Georgia and Alabama as well as proffered in Florida, and in civil cases from W. Virginia, Iowa, Tennessee and Kentucky.

February 11/12, 2009 in and for Madison County, Jackson, Tennessee, Dean Tong was tendered and gave testimony in juvenile/family court as an expert witness in specific areas concerning false accusations of child sexual abuse. Please inquire to[email protected].

In July 2008, Dean Tong acted as Trial Consultant in the criminal case of the State of Florida v. David Locke II in Pensacola, Florida. Mr. Locke, an Army Staff Sgt., was charged with two 2nd degree felony counts of lewd and lascivious behavior. After 90 minutes, the Jury came back Not Guilty on both counts. In May of 2008 Dean Tong tendered as an expert witness for the defense in the criminal case of the State of Georgia v. Eric Lamar Jones.
